Self-Pay Rates

Many of our patients choose to self-pay for their medical care. This is a great cost saving alternative for those with high deductibles or those without insurance. Be sure to notify us prior to your visit if this is a better option for you. To keep costs to a minimum all self-pay visits must be paid in full at time of visit.

Effective Sept 1st the Ready Clinic self-pay/prompt pay rate for current patients will be as follows:

Self-pay New Patients $95
Self-pay Established Patient $85
Biote pellets for women: $330.
Biote pellets for men: $660. DOTs are $85.
Urine drug screening tests are $25.
Labs/procedure costs discounted self-pay lab rates available.
